-They are inclined to establish institutions, accumulate wealth, and possessions.

Diet:

Foods and tastes that have a positive effect on Kapha dosha: Warm, light, dry, spicy, bitter, and astringent.

Foods and tastes that have a negative effect: Cold, heavy, oily, sweet, sour, and salty.

Imbalances of Kapha dosha (excess):

Lethargy, dullness, greed, possessiveness, sinus congestion, edema, asthma, gout, mucus-related issues, hay fever, painful joints, high cholesterol, and the potential development of tumors.

Factors contributing to high Kapha levels:
